You are cordially invited to the annual St. Charles Parish Housing Authority’s Back to School Event, Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the SCPHA Playground Area, Boutte Drive in Boutte.

This year we have partnered with One Shot Education LLC, headed by our own former resident, Sabrina Lewis. One Shot was instrumental in convincing NOBCChE (National Organization of Black Chemist and Chemical Engineers) from LSU to participate in the event.

One Shot and its volunteers, along with NOBCChE, will conduct experiments with our youth to show them non-traditional possibilities with encouragement and support. There will be food, music, science experiments and fun activities. We invite you to come out and encourage our youth.
